Honeywell Refrigeration
Control Service (Product Support) Centre is responsible for ensuring that
our extensive supermarket customer base of 3000+ sites are maintained through
our tailored maintenance contracts. It is our policy to provide the highest
standards in after sales service and our engineers are on standby 24 hours a day
giving full coverage across the UK offers standard and customised solutions for the control, remote
monitoring and management of refrigeration, HVAC and lighting systems as well as
turnkey installations to the market place.
The Service Call Centre is staffed from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00
p.m. by three, full time, service technicians. With on-line computerised access
to Honeywell's product specification and maintenance database, our service
personnel have instant access to all Honeywell RC's products produced from 1985.
This allows for a quick and efficient response to our customers requests where
any problem can be quickly identified and solved.
During out of office hours, Honeywell Refrigeration Control
Service activates its 24 hour stand-by callout system. The service includes
remote technical assistance for small faults to on-site visits for larger
problems. Honeywell RC currently has 11 service engineers who rotate the 24 hour
standby service and have full UK mainland coverage.
